I.2 Consider an Ordinance Accepting a Bid from Astral Communications, Inc. for the Purchase of Seventy (70) Wireless Airlink Modems and Quad Band Antennas; Authorizing the Expenditure of Public Funds in an Amount not to Exceed $83,620.60; and Authorizing Execution of a Contract with, or Purchase Order to, Astral Communications, Inc. In Accordance With the Terms Submitted to the GSA Federal Acquisition Service Bid List.
